stevie has got the fingers…and it is an incredible player…but, for me, he would be a guitarist not really a music performer, i mean ,…he performed your guitar..quick,agressive,and that i sometimes miss..the part where it may sound good..i play guitar too and i’m just attempting to anylyze diffrent styles.. (i am 15) for me clapton is preferable to stevie…he is sensible as he plays-while stevie just freaking plays..
i am not dissing him…just let me know your opinion..

There’s without doubt that Clapton is among the most technically proficient and clean gamers ever. The issue is that’s so clean that for me personally there’s very little passion or soul which comes though his notes.
Stevie Ray Vaughan is fast, raw, effective, and also the music just sweats from everything he plays. Take a look at his version of Hendrix’s Little Wing, or even the tunes “Lenny” and “Riviera Paradise”. SRV could do whatever he wanted with this Strat… Personally I love gamers a lot more like Jimmy Page and Neil Youthful, not necessarily perfect, but forever in as soon as.
