Should I only weigh myself once a week?
Since I usually make a New Years’ Resolution to lose weight, I figured I’d start earlier, so I don’t quit within the first two weeks of January like I always do. Anyway, I was wondering whether I should weigh every day, once a week, or once a month. Some people say that it’s okay to be a total scale-whore and weigh yourself every day, but others say that you’ll become addicted and that you can’t expect to lose that much in one day, so there is no point in weighing everyday. So what should I do?
A recent medical study found that people who weigh themselves daily do better with their diet than those who weigh weekly.
