How much on average would you pay someone to do porn?
A friend of mine in California wants to start making BDSM Style DVD’s and the only hang up now is figuring out how much to pay a sub to be in a Scene.
There are a LOT of adds up on places like Craig’s List but apparently they don’t give a rate.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
Budget should really be the thing to decide it- how much the project has leftover after production costs are taken into account, and factoring in how much revenue will be pulled in from the DVD’s.

But remember- it’s all a negotiation. If a model is willing to work for less, you can certainly go ahead with a lower rate. Moreover, don’t forget creative, and often better, ways of pay, like profit sharing, offering stock in the company, etc., etc., and so on.
