Anyone have a BAD experience with an Online Real Estate licensing Prep course?
I was let go from my job and am looking for a career. I’m a good salesperson so I am considering being a realtor.
I can do an online course (one that my state recognizes) then take the state exam.
I was wondering if anyone had any negative experiences or just hated the online course (or loved) they took.
HELP!
I liked the online course because I could go at my own pace. The brokerage that offered the course also had monthly workshops where you could bring questions and they would walk you through it.
Contact local brokerages, ask if they offer the course and what you get for the money.
