Piano difficulty question?
I want to learn the saltwater room by Owl City on piano. I have had 3 months of lessons and currently on John Schaum grade A. The song is set in C major and I have done a lot of practice in that key and I have the sheet music. Is it very difficult for a beginner? also in the first bar there is an A two notes down from middle C which finger would I use to play it?
I’m not familiar with that piece but which finger you use to play that low A note depends on what notes come before and after it; use whichever one fits better. The thumb would be my guess but if you play it like the person in this video, you would use your left hand for that note:
