Ready to Jam with Wii Music Game
The new Nintendo Wii game consoles have become very popular in today’s world. This is because it features a wireless controller that allows you to actually act out, or participate in certain games, which revolutionizes the old way of playing other game consoles. Since the Nintendo Wii controllers detect motion, the players must move around in order to interact with the game. The idea for the Wii interactive games came from the fact that traditional games required only sitting. Wii wanted to allow players the chance to get up and be a part of the game.
One of the newest Wii games is the Wii Music game. The game allows you to play up to 60 different instruments, with no pre-existing knowledge of music or the instrument. Unlike “Guitar Hero”, where you must follow the image on the screen, the Wii allows you to simply imitate playing the instrument using the Nunchuck controllers and the Wii remote. With the wii music game, it is easy to play a song just using simple motions. The great thing about this game is you get to choose the style you want to set the music to. So jam along with a rock beat or turn your song into a classical masterpiece – it’s up to you. You can even add a Latin theme to the song.
The Wii Music game has several settings that will allow you to train or improve your jam sessions. You can even include several of your friends in the mix. It also features a video playback; the modes can help you become a music master.
You can record your jam session using your Wii and send it to your online friends who can review, replay and then turn return the music to you until the session is perfect. You can even get different camera angles when using the Wii Music game.
Besides music, there are additional things that you can do with the Wii Music Game. From low to high pitch, you can take a quiz that will let you test your ear tones. When the tune requires you to do so, you can also play notes only. Another option within the game allows you to act as a conductor of an orchestra. Point to a particular section of the orchestra to get them to play, and you can use the controller just like the conductor’s baton. Imagine leading the horn section to play forcefully while asking the violin section to play softly.
If you own Wii Fit, you can place your feet on the Balance Board which will work as pedals for bass drums and cymbals. Wii Music comes with a menu of songs included, but the fun is in exploring your musical talents to see what you can add do them.

No matter what age you are or if you have always wanted to play an instrument and never had the time or ability, you will greatly enjoy playing any and all the instruments on the new Wii Music game.
