^^ Just wondering if anyone has any recipes + instructions/methods to making some cheap but delicious desserts, I’m cooking a meal for some friends and am on a tight budget, i just realised i’ve spent most of the budget on the first 2 courses, so wondered if anyone could help me out with a cheap as chips dessert that will impress.. please!

buy a fresh pineapple, cut it up into bite size cubes and put in a bowl, sprinkle over some raisins, rich brown sugar (to taste) and then pour over some brandy or rum… stick it in the microwave for a minute or two, til the sugar melts and then serve with rich vanilla ice-cream.
