Piano Theory level 2 Please help me!?
I have my piano lessons tomorow morning. I need some help. My theory book is Piano Theory Level 2 David Carr Glover Piano Library. My questions are.
1. How many beats does a dotted quarter note recieve in a 3/4 time signature?
2. How many beats does a dotted half note recieve in a 3/4 time signature?
3. How many beats does a dotted quarter note recieve in a 4/4 time signature?
4. How do you write the beats in a 6/8 time signature, since you are not supposed to use +’s
5. What are primary Chords in the key of C? Then it has roman numerals I, IV, I, V7, I
I’m on pages 26-28 if that helps. Thanks in advance! I know it’s a lot.
1. one and a half beats (a quarter note is one beat in 3/4 or 4/4, and the dot adds a half beat)

4. ?? I always used +’s. Maybe the word “and”?
5. Do you have to write out the chords? For numeral I, it’s a basic C chord (CEG), IV (F chord – b/c F is the 4th note in the C scale), V7 is a B chord
