how long would it take me to be able to play drum if meet the drum set once a week?
the once a week is in church, and the drum arrived (not yet set) @ 8.00 and leaves around 12.30. the service starts @ 9.30 – 11.45, and the band final rehearse around 8.45 – 9.15. how long would it take me 2 a level where I can at least play a song…I mean jam with that band…
I’m 18 clueless about drum and starting to fall in love to drum, and I play guitar..hope I’m not to late…I consider my self as a fast learner…well not so fast..but fast enough.

Wow Drude !!! If you practice once a week, it will take you a very long time to learn that instrument well. You need to practice everyday at least 30 min. so that the stuff sinks in your head. Drumming demands good physical form and energy compared to any other instrument.
