Need details about a french horn?
can anybody let me know if about french horns produced by carl fischer
I’m not sure if C.fisher ever built a horn however they imported them constantly. In the 30s and 40s they introduced in Schmidts from Germany however i think they were labeled with both names. The most typical Fisherman are imported from Italia. These arrived in the 50s towards the early 70s I believe. You are able to tell these through the valves, they do not have strings working the valves but have “Klanky” mechanical valves rather. Probably you’ve one of these simple.
